Typical woman driver

Today I felt like that, like a woman that can't drive... :-)

I took our car for a service this morning and the Dealer give me a substitute car for the day. This car was a different brand and one that I haven't driven before. What complicated things more was that I am used to driving a automatic car and the substitute car was a manual one!

At the Dealer I needed to back up because someone wanted to go past me. I couldn't find the handbrake the result I couldn't move. Finally the person climbed out and showed me where the handbrake was and how to back-up manually. My daughter was with me and she was such a trooper, just being happy to ride in a different car.

The best thing that I noticed was that I really enjoyed learning to do something new and different. I mastered an old skill! It almost feels like my brain has grown.... :-)
